How do we process an order?

How do we process an order?

Upon receiving the necessary application details, payment, and consent form, we promptly submit your request for GCMS, CBSA, CSIS, or Entire File to the respective government agency. Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours during regular business hours. However, during periods of high demand, it may take longer to process your request.

Please be aware that government agencies only process orders during regular business hours, Eastern Time. Orders received outside of operating hours, over the weekend, or on holidays will commence processing on the next business day.

First come, First Served
Our policy is to process orders on a first come, first served basis, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all customers.

What is the estimated timeframe for completion?
Estimated processing times are guided by the legislated time-frame of 30 calendar days as per the Access to Information Act. In the event that the 30-day deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is extended to the following business day. It is important to note that GCMS notes are typically generated at the time of the request, rather than at the time of release. Kindly refer to the Process Overview.

Extension
In certain circumstances, the time limit for responding to a request may be extended beyond the standard 30-day period by IRCC or other government institutions like CBSA, CSIS, or RCMP.

  1. Such scenarios include requests involving a large volume of records or extensive searches, consultations with external parties, or the need for third-party notification regarding the information requested.
  2. If we receive notification of a delay within the initial 30-day period, we will inform you accordingly.

Delays in Information Retrieval
Delays in receiving information from IRCC and CBSA are possible and do occur. To gain further insight, you can review the available statistics regarding delays.

Addressing Concerns Regarding Delays
In the event of a delay in processing your file, we handle complaints on a case-by-case basis by filing a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada. However, please note that such complaints do not expedite the processing of your request with the respective government agency.

Pricing and Currency Options

We offer pricing in various currencies to accommodate our diverse customer base. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred currency, including CAD, USD, and other international options. This allows you to conveniently view and pay for our services in your preferred currency. We strive to provide flexibility and ease of transaction to enhance your experience with us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and easy to understand. We initiate the processing of your order as soon as we receive all the necessary application details, payment, and consent forms within two working days. If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours after payment, you are eligible for a refund as per the terms and conditions of your chosen payment method. A refund administration fee of Rs.500 for Indian citizens or the equivalent in your payment currency will be applicable for processing an eligible refund. However, once your order has been processed, we cannot issue a refund.

Due to unforeseen events like pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, government prohibitions or regulations. we are unable to give refunds for processing delays.
